Richard and I had a quick trip to the Methow Valley this past weekend. We stayed at a luxurious lodge at the top of Sun Mountain...Sun Mountain Lodge I think it was called...
This was the view from our room at sunrise. We got up early so Richard could ride up the mountain on his road bike before the traffic and heat became an issue.
Richard also went on a few mini rides to explore the various trails for an upcoming article
We even rode together for a few miles

We ventured into the town of Winthrop for some night life
